Shipping and Returns
For shipping, we collaborate with PostNL. Together, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. This is often within 1-4 business days.

If you have not received your order after 7 business days, please contact our customer service.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of purchasing your item. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

You can exchange or return cosmetics within the return period. For a full refund, the item must not have been used or opened. The seal must also still be on the packaging. Cosmetics whose seal has been broken after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Please note: The hair growth serum/beard growth serum, eyelash serum, and eyebrow serum therefore cannot be returned if they have been opened.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via info@nolimitlifestyle.nl. If your return is accepted, we will send you the correct address and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
The purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
